===== Groups ===== **Size Segments:** Any index focusing on the broad market, small-cap stocks, mid-cap stocks or large-cap stocks (world large-cap index, world small-cap index, etc.) **Geographic Regions:** Any index that focuses on a particular region of the world (Europe, Latin America, Asia, etc.) **Countries:** Any index that focuses on a specific country (Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, etc.) **Sectors:** Any index that focuses on a specific economic sector (finance, technology, utilities, etc.) Some of these indices have the words "total return" in their name. A total return index includes any distributions, such as dividends, to provide a more realistic picture of investor return. Intraday data is available for some of these indices, but others are updated after the close with end-of-day data (EOD). Indices based in the Far East tend to be end-of-day (EOD). Indices based in Europe tend to have intraday data. Check the symbol catalog and name for the update frequency.
